ABOUT THIS EVENT

Please join us at our Coastal Virginia Chapter's scholarship fundraising event.  This is one of two of our annual fundraising events, the other being our Thurgood Marshall HBCU's Prayer Breakfast.  100% of the funds raised go directly to supporting Lincoln's students, demonstrating a strong ongoing commitment to their success.  Our events not only contribute to the financial well-being of the students but also foster a sense of community and solidarity among students and alums.  Please donate, and/or come and support us and help "Rep" Lincoln or your HBCU - the way only you can!!

What is the expected weather for the weekend?

The weather is expected to be sunny with the temperature in the 80's.

Is parking available at the hotel?

All reservations under the LCTHR (Lincoln Comes To Hampton Roads) block of rooms will receive discounted on-site valet parking @ $20 per night.  There is no other parking available on-site.

What is the distance between the hotel and the location of the Cruise Boat?

The distance is 0.4 miles, or approximately a 10 minute walk.  Again, boarding begins at 10:30am for a departure at 11:00 am sharp, to allow for a 2 hour boat ride and return for new passengers.

What is the distance between the hotel and First Baptist Church - Bute Street?

The distance between the hotel and the church (at 418 East Bute Street, Norfolk, Va. 23510)  is approximately a 5 minute drive.
